Want to improve your public relations and start building a relationship with new customers? Start today by phoning your new customers. Welcome them to your business, tell them you are grateful of their recent visit/purchase and ask them how they found the experience – was it to their satisfaction? Then say thank you and let them get on with their day. That’s it. Simple.
For the larger business:
If it’s not possible to phone all your new customers why not write to them and provide them with a thank you offer with a discount off their next product? Write a sincere simple note – something along the lines of “We noticed you’ve visited us, thank you! To show you we appreciate your custom, please find a voucher to give you 20% off your next services/product’.
